Refund policy

Eligibility: Returns accepted for unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Razors, razor holders, personalized items, and used products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Return Process: Contact us at shopbtcsocirt@gmail.com with your order number. Approved returns will get instructions for shipping back.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
